Richelle Todd is highly experienced in program management, delivery, and evaluation, with over 20 years-experience in the non-profit sector. She has a proven track-record of ensuring that diverse organizations achieve programmatic excellence through the development and implementation of standards and resources which measure programmatic effectiveness and efficiency. As part of this work, Ms. Todd has trained and supported over 100 program implementers in outcome measurement and data collection. Throughout her career, she has led agencies towards realizing and articulating sustainable and measurable impact.
In her times as Vice President of Programs and Operations at the Pascale Sykes Foundation, Ms. Todd was responsible for helping to strengthen the capacity of grantees in support of the Pascale Sykes Foundation’s mission and Whole Family Approach. Here, she has developed and maintained relationships with key philanthropic, government and private stakeholders to encourage investment and partnership in this vital work.
Ms. Todd earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University. She used the knowledge and skills gained to advance the academic, social, and spiritual needs of children as the Executive Director of the Fellowship of South Camden, and to work toward immigrant rights, economic justice, and alternatives to violence programs in her seventeen years with the American Friends Service Committee in Philadelphia. As a consultant, she has worked with organizations focused on financial wellness, entrepreneurship, and the health of African immigrants. Ms. Todd is passionate about social service in her personal life as well, serving on the boards of the Community Foundation of South Jersey and Mural Arts Philadelphia. A former Peace Corps volunteer in both Malawi and Cote D’Ivoire, she is adept at communicating with clarity and diplomacy with individuals from diverse cultural and language backgrounds.
